If you purchase goods on this site, you have the right to cancel and return the purchased goods within seven days of receiving your goods.
Q: What is the policy for returning my item if it is damaged?
A: If your merchandise is damaged, please contact your regional Account Team. For EMEA, please email sales@arcadiaonline.co.uk. The Company Store will send you new merchandise to replace the damaged merchandise.
Q: How can I exchange my item?
A: To request an exchange, please email the appropriate regional Account Team as listed above. The Company Store will process the exchange if the merchandise is unwashed and unworn. The merchandise can only be exchanged for the same merchandise in a different size. If these parameters are met, the Company Store will send you the new merchandise with a return label to send back the original merchandise.
Q: Can I receive store credit for my exchanged item?
A: Employees can only exchange—they cannot receive store credit.
Q: Who pays for shipping for exchanges?
A: If the employee ordered the merchandise with their personal credit card, then they pay for shipping an exchanged item with their personal credit card. If the employee paid for the shipment with their department code, then they pay for shipping the exchange with their department code. If the employee paid for the merchandise with a Company Store credit, the company pays for shipping.
